Has had a re wire of 240v system and 12 volt system to bespoke panel with breaker.
Yanmar Barrus marine 4 cylinder diesel 44hp engine.
Brand new Cauldwell windows with removable centre window for extra ventilation in summer months.
Full kitchen with full oven 4 hob burner, plenty of worktop space + 3 way fridge, gas hot water boiler.
Multi fuel stove fitted in living room. Full LED lighting throughout 12 volt.
Base of boat has been painted with acophane paint 5 years ago, guaranteed for 10 years, was fully sandblasted before paint applied.
Bathroom need’s finishing off, does include cassette toilet.
Engine needs re wiring after new starter was installed, and installer lost wiring for fuel cut off solenoid
Exterior needs a repaint.
